Solution for Chrome’s Adobe Flash Player Problem – Video is No Longer Available
Adobe Flash Player Plugin is one of the Essential Component for all Internet users to view flash contents and Videos. Also Google Chrome is also an important Browser for the people those who wants speed loading. Some times we face a small problem in using both these Excellent platforms. We face this problem because of the incompatibility of Google Chrome with Adobe Flash Player. Because of this problem you can’t watch videos of Dailymotion, Megavideo, Youtube and Other famous video sites on chrome.
We have already given few methods to resolve this issue. Just Check them at the end of this article.
Do you remember, when you face this problem you will be getting the following message “We’re sorry, this video is no longer available.” Now we have come up with a new solution to resolve this problem.
1. Download The Flash player XPI
2. Change that file’s extension into .zip from .xpi (from flashplayer-win.xpi to flashplayer-win.zip)
3. Extract The content of the .zip files into a Folder.
4. Just Copy 2 files named “flashplayer.xpt” and “NPSWF32.dll” from that folder.
5. Paste them in the following folder
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins
(or) If you have problem in accessing “Documents and Settings” just go to the following folder
C:\Users\rams\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugin
If you find there is no Folder named “Plugin” in the Application Folder, Just Create One, and the Paste them into that “Plugin” Folder.
Make sure you have changed the user to your windows logon username. Also, if the Google Chrome is installed on other drive then do all the above said actions on that particular drive & explore the Plugins folder.
6. Close Google Chrome Browser and the Restart the system.
Now you can view Dailymotion, Megavideo and Youtube Videos in Google Chrome.
